The full experience of the course would be a combintion of six or four group sessions for each step and concurrently consistent daily self practice for a certain period of time. Alternatively, for those who could not attend group sessions to accumulate the practice, they could participate at the half or full day retreats. The steps range from a month to a year, depending on individuals. It is flexible and what matters is the pace that makes sense to you.
